M. Night Shyamalan

Am I the only one who doesn't like M. Night? I doubt it. I've been ranting and raving about how bad this guy is since The Sixth Sense and it seems that others are finally jumping on my side of the argument. For the one or two people who haven't seen this film yet I apologize for ruining it for you. Bruce Willis gets shot in the first few minutes of the film. The little kid who sees dead people tells Bruce Willis that the dead people don't know they're dead. Pretty much right when Willis gets shot I put 2 and 2 together based off the previews I've seen of the film.
Then M. Night put out Unbreakable. I saw this with a couple of my friends in theaters. "They call me Mr. Glass." We were quoting that for awhile but only because we were laughing at how terrible this film was. Then a co-worker of mine made me watch The Village. Wow, what a terrible film that was. Now, me being an idiot went to go see M. Night's first rated R film ever - The Happening. This was nothing happening for 2 hours on screen. Nothing exciting, nothing great.
South Park did a great job ripping on Night during the Imagination Land episode. "Well what if it turns out the terrorists are really werewolves." This was followed by "No, Night that's a plot twist." So Night comes up with another plot twist. He doesn't write movies, he writes plot twists and builds a movie around them. And that my friend is not movie making.
